摘要
为减少各能源系统出力方案与预期方案的误差,构建考虑柔性计算的高比例新能源的电力电量平衡模型。以能源系统供应电量与目标需求电量之间的偏差最小值为电力电量平衡目标,在能源系统出力、联络线传输容量、电网安全、交互功率以及负荷总量约束条件下,通过群搜索算法实现目标模型求解,设计各能源系统出力优化配置方案。测试结果表明:模型的能源系统出力配置方案与预期方案较为吻合,电力电量平衡效果较好。模型可实现电力供应的较大经济性。
In order to reduce the error between the output plan of each energy system and the expected plan,a power and electricity balance model with a high proportion of new energy considering flexible computing was constructed.Taking the minimum deviation between the power supply of the energy system and the target demand power as the power and energy balance target,under the constraints of energy system output,tie line transmission capacity,grid security,interactive power and total load,the solution of the target model was realized through the group search algorithm,and the output optimal allocation scheme of each energy system was designed.The test results show that the output configuration scheme of the energy system of the model is consistent with the expected scheme,and the effect of power and electricity balance is good.The model can realize the greater economy of power supply.
