摘要 为了解决高负荷用电时引发的电力系统的功率失衡和不稳定等问题,设计了一种永磁电机式机械弹性储能系统。首先采用永磁同步电动机和永磁同步发电机来实现储能与发电;然后利用VSbES方法,包括功率控制和输出电压的控制,实现对电力储能的控制,进而在电力储能系统调节作用下促进电力系统的稳定;最后设计了电力储能调频系统,提高了新型电力系统的储能能力。试验结果表明,研究的系统存储容量较大,系统的稳定性最高可达98%,具有突出的技术效果。 In order to solve the problems of power imbalance and power system instability caused by high-load electricity consumption,a permanent magnet motor type mechanical elastic energy storage system was designed.Firstly,it was adopted permanent magnet synchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous generation to realize energy storage and power generation;then,VSbES method,including power control and output voltage control,was used to realize the control of power energy storage,so as to promote the stability of power system under the regulation of power energy storage system;finally,the power energy storage frequency modulation system was designed,which improved the energy storage capacity of the new power system.The test results show that the storage capacity of the system is large,and the stability of the system is up to 98%,which has outstanding technical effects.
