Water Lifesaving:River Shipwreck Rescue System in the Early Qing Dynasty from the Perspective of Shipwreck Rescue

清朝前期,内河船难救助已经形成了较完备的制度,主要包括三个方面:第一,官办救生船的设置修造及经费来源;第二,官办救生船之监管督察;第三,官办救生船的救助措施与方式。通过上述制度,内河船难救助被纳入法制化、规范化的轨道,成为清朝海难救助制度的重要组成部分。

In the early Qing Dynasty,a comprehensive system of river shipwreck rescue was established.It includes the building of official rescue ships and the source of the fund,the monitor and supervision of official rescue ships,and their measures and ways of shipwreck rescue.This system ensured river shipwreck rescue in a legal and standardized track,becoming an important part of shipwreck rescue system in the Qing dynasty.
