摘要
针对新疆光伏电站弃光限电严重,运行情况不理想问题,构建了反映光伏资源特性、光伏电站类型及光伏出力等因素的光伏利用水平评价指标体系。采用改进层次分析法(IAHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCEM)相结合的方法,综合评价光伏利用水平。以新疆某光伏电站为例,对光伏利用水平指标体系和评价方法进行验证,结果表明建立的光伏利用水平综合评价指标体系有助于确定影响光伏利用水平的主要因素,改善光伏电站的运行,具有一定的理论意义和工程应用价值。
In view of the serious curtailment of photovoltaic power and poor operation of photovoltaic power stations in Xinjiang,an evaluation index system of photovoltaic utilization level is constructed,which can reflect the characteristics of photovoltaic resources,types of photovoltaic power stations and photovoltaic output factors.The photovoltaic utilization level is comprehensively evaluated by combining the improved analytic hierarchy process(I-AHP)with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCEM).Taking a photovoltaic power station in Xinjiang as an example,the photovoltaic utilization level index system and evaluation method are validated.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index system of photovoltaic utilization level is helpful to determine the main factors affecting the photovoltaic utilization level and improve the operation of photovoltaic power station.It has certain theoretical significance and engineering application value.
