组织业务流程再造是供应链优化的重要环节之一,文中通过对科研研制类企业供应链采购管理中存在的诉求及症结瓶颈进行研究,从组织调整和业务流程再造优化出发,逐步完善供应链中的采购策划、计划管理、业务流程监控等能力,从而在降低采购风险及提升采购效率等方面有效支撑当前业务执行。

The organizational business process reengineering is one of the important links of supply chain optimization.Through the research on the appeal and botleneck existing in the procurement management of the supply chain of scientific research and development enterprises,starting from the organizational adjustment and the optimization of business process reengineering,this paper gradually improves the abilities to procurement plan,project management and business process monitoring in the supply chain,so as to support the current business execution from the aspects of reducing procurement risks and enhancing procurement efficiency.
