CUBA对高校校园文化的影响及发展路径研究

A Study on the Influence And Development Path of CUBA on College Campus Culture

本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法探究CUBA对高校校园文化的影响及发展,研究结果表明:CUBA对高校体育发展以及高校校园文化四个维度(物质文化、行为文化、制度文化与精神文化)都具有正向显著影响,高校体育发展在CUBA对高校校园文化的影响中起到部分中介作用。根据实证研究结果,提出CUBA促进高校校园文化发展的路径:通过参与CUBA,促使高校或校园赞助商完善校内体育场馆、体育器材等;通过参与或观看CUBA,来改变学生的日常行为习惯;通过体育活动扩大自身交际范围;通过轮流举办CUBA,互相学习CUBA管理及规则体系,增强各高校之间的交流互动、取长补短,从而不断完善各自体育教学训练模式和规则;通过观看紧张刺激的比赛,激发高校学生的拼搏、协作精神;鉴于高校体育发展对CUBA及高校校园文化发展具有间接效应,高校决策者应从高校教育“德智体美劳”全面发展的视角,通过体育学科建设、体育人才培养、体育赛事参与,总体促进高校校园文化的发展,充分发挥CUBA对高校校园文化发展的积极作用。

This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to explore the influence and development of CUBA on campus culture in colleges and universities.The research results show that CUBA has a significant positive impact on the development of college sports and four dimensions of campus culture,which is material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture.The development of college sports plays a intermediary role in the influence of CUBA on college campus culture.Based on the empirical research results,several paths for CUBA to promote the development of campus culture in universities are proposed:to prompt universities or campus sponsors to improve on-campus stadiums,sports equipment,etc.by participating in CUBA;,to change students’daily behavior habits by participating in CUBA or watching CUBA;to expand the scope of their own communication by sports activities;to learn CUBA management and rule system from each other,enhance communication and interaction by holding CUBA in turn,so as to continuously improve their respective physical education and training models and rules;to stimulate students’fighting spirit and collaborative spirit by watching exciting competitions.In view of the indirect effect of college sports development on CUBA and college campus culture development,decision-makers should adopt the all-round development perspective in university education,which is morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor,through the construction of sports disciplines,the training of sports talents,and the development of sports,to generally promote the development of campus culture and give full play to the positive role of CUBA in the development of campus culture.
