摘要
提高师范生线上学习教学技能的积极性、参与性和实效性,需要在教学技能训练的课程设计、实施和评价三个方面进行改革探索。在课程设计层面,以素养发展为核心目标,构建“学研行”一体化的学习模式,创设形式多样和注重体验的学习活动;在教学实施层面,周密策划与落实课前、课中和课后各项学习活动,及时跟踪与反馈学习结果;在评价层面,重视过程中的多维量化评价和多层面互动评价策略。
To improve the initiative,participation and effectiveness of online teaching skills of normal university students,it is necessary to reform and explore the curriculum design,implementation and evaluation of teaching skills training.At the level of curriculum design,with the development of literacy as the core goal,the integrated learning mode of“learning,research and practice”is constructed,and various forms of learning activities focusing on experience are created.At the level of teaching implementation,carefully plan and implement all kinds of learning activities before,during and after class,and timely track and feedback learning results;At the evaluation level,emphasis should be placed on multidimensional quantitative evaluation and multi-level interactive evaluation strategies in the process.
