摘要
本研究通过文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法等多种方法开展研究,结论显示:当前广东省民办应用型本科高校教师在服务社会过程中有八项需要重点提升的能力短板,即信息获取能力、前瞻能力、策划能力、时间管理能力、建立关系的能力、组织协调能力、自信力、专业执行力。提升这些能力要以员工培训与开发理论为基础,结合教师的职业生涯发展周期理论,构建五阶段教师教育体系,其中前面三个阶段为重点发展区,重点聚焦这八项较弱素质能力的提升。
This research was carried out by literature method,interview method,questionnaire method and other methods,and the conclusions showed that:At present,teachers of private application-oriented undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province have eight abilities that need to be improved in the process of serving the society,namely,the ability of information acquisition,the ability of foresight(mastering the frontier trends of disciplines/industries),the ability of planning,the ability of time management,the ability of establishing relationships,the ability of organization and coordination,the ability of confidence,and the ability of professional execution.To improve these abilities,we should build a five-stage teacher education system based on the theory of staff training and development,combined with the theory of teachers'career development cycle,in which the first three stages are the key development areas,focusing on the improvement of these eight weak qualities and abilities.
