“双高计划”背景下辽宁省公办高职院校师资队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff in Public Higher VocationalColleges in Liaoning Province under the Background of “Double-high Plan”

本文主要采用统计分析法、调查研究法等方法,调查辽宁省三所具有代表性的公办高职院校师资队伍建设的现状,分析总结公办高职院校师资队伍建设存在的共性问题,提出了优化高职院校师资队伍梯队建设的有效对策,为“双高计划”背景下高职院校师资队伍建设提供参考。

This paper mainly uses the methods of statistical analysis and investigation to investigate the current situation of the construction of teaching staff in three representative public higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems existing in the construction of teaching staff in Public Higher Vocational Colleges,and advances some effective countermeasures for optimizing the construction of teaching staff echelon in higher vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges under the background of“double-high plan”.
