芬兰职前教师教育的特色及成效——基于TALIS2018调查结果分析

摘要 芬兰基础教育因其在各种教育国际测评中的优异表现而备受关注,尤其是其以研究为导向的教师教育培养模式实现了教学实践与研究的融合,更是在包括我国在内的世界各国得到广泛认可。根据教师教学国际调查报告(The Teaching and Learning International Survey, TALIS)2018年的数据,阐述芬兰“研究型”教师教育培养模式的特色并就数据分析该模式的成效,以期对我国职前教师教育实践与研究融合问题提供有益经验和启示。 Finland’s basic education has drawn much attention among various international educational assessments attention,especially its research-oriented teacher education model,which integrates teaching practice and research.Based on data from The Teaching and Learning International Survey(TALIS)2018,this paper describes the characteristics of Finland's'research-based'teacher education model and analyses the effectiveness of the model in terms of the data,in the hope of providing useful experiences and insights into the integration of practice and research in pre-service teacher education in China.
