摘要
教育硕士是高质量教师队伍的重要储备军,其教学实践能力是教师专业素养的重要组成部分。英国、美国、澳大利亚等西方教育强国在教育硕士教学实践能力培养方面有独到之处。通过对英美澳三国的教育硕士培养方案的课程架构、实习模式和实践支持机制的比较研究,结合“强师计划”,我们得到以下启示:为提高教育硕士教学实践能力,我国应创建理论和实践并重的一体化课程体系,发展政府主导下灵活的协同式教学实践,建立多方参与的实践支持机制。
Master of Education is an important reserve army of high quality teachers,and its teaching practice ability is an important part of teachers professional quality.The United Kingdom,the United States,Australia and other western education powers have reference significance in the training of teaching practice ability of master of education.Through the comparative study of the curriculum structure of the training programs of Master of education,practice model and practical support mechanism in the United Kingdom,the United States and Australia,combined with the“Strengthening Teachers Plan”,the following enlightenment can be drawn:In order to improve the teaching practice ability of master of education,we should establish an integrated curriculum system that attaches equal importance to both theory and practice,develop flexible cooperative teaching practice under the guidance of the government,and establish a multi-participation practice support mechanism.
