摘要
本研究对1949年以来国家颁布的29部中小学师德相关政策进行高频词汇统计,分析发现:中小学师德政策从阶段发展上可分为泛化发展阶段(1949-1983)、重构阶段(1984-2007)、系统发展阶段(2008-2017)和专业化发展阶段(2018-至今)。从未来走向上看,其发展趋势主要有三:一是促进德治与法治有机融合,着力构建长效机制;二是关注教师自身发展,着力提升教师幸福感;三是发挥教师协同育人作用,着力落实“双减”政策。
A statistical analysis of high-frequency vocabulary of 29 policies related to teacher ethics in primary and secondary schools promulgated by the state since 1949 reveals that teacher ethics policies in primary and secondary schools can be divided in terms of stage development into generalization development stage(1949-1983),reconstruction stage(1984-2007),system development stage(2008-2017)and specialization development stage(2018-present).In terms of the future direction,there are three main development trends:First,to promote the organic integration of moral and rule of law,and to focus on building a long-term mechanism.Second,to focus on teachers' own development,and to focus on enhancing teachers' happiness.Third,to give full play to the role of teachers in collaborative education,and to focus on implementing the“double reduction”policy.
