摘要
老旧小区公共空间改造是以满足老旧小区居民日益增长的物质文化需求为目标。目前,老旧小区公共空间改造工程大多以设施改造为主,具有一定的片面性,不能从根本上满足居民改善生活环境和品质的现实需求。文章以福州市省直机关湖前住宅区为例,引入多目标协同理念,从环境、设施、交通三个维度提出老旧小区公共空间的改造目标,在调研的基础上提出多目标协同的改造方案。
The renovation of public space in old residential areas aims at meeting the growing material and cultural needs of residents in old residential areas.At present,most of the public space renovation projects in old residential areas mainly focus on facility renovation,which has a certain degree of one-sidedness and cannot fundamentally meet the practical needs of residents to improve their living environment and quality.Taking the Huqian residential quarter area of the provincial government as an example,the concept of multi-objective collaboration is introduced,and the renovation goals of public spaces in old residential areas are proposed from three dimensions:environment,facilities,and transportation.Based on research,a multi-objective collaborative renovation plan is proposed.
