摘要
随着我国本科教育进入分类发展阶段,“类型单一,要求统一”教育标准与“双轨并行、三元并举”发展模式存在冲突,职教型本科与应用型本科的边界重叠模糊了地方本科转型发展后续走向。基于本科教育共性要求,针对不同类型规格特征,构建“基本标准+类型标准”本科教育标准体系,依据应用型本科教育类型标准,提高人才培养“三性要求”,深化课程层面“三项改革”,才能消除惯性思维和路径依赖,从而实现持续发展、特色发展和优质发展。
As China’s undergraduate education enters the phase of classification development,there is a conflict between the educational standard of“single type,unified requirements”and the development mode of“dual-track and three-element synchronization”.The boundary overlapping between vocation-al undergraduates and application-oriented undergraduates blurs the follow-up trend of local under-graduate transformation and development.Based on the common requirements of undergraduate edu-cation and the specifications of different types,only by constructing the undergraduate education standard system of“basic standard+type standard”,as well as improving the“three-principles”of talents cultivation and deepening the“three reforms”at the curriculum level according to the type standard of the application-oriented undergraduate education can we eliminate the default setting and path dependence,thus realizing the sustainability,individuality and superiority.
