摘要
对德国19世纪高等技术教育文化背景进行了研究,提出了工业技术文化概念,为德国高等技术教育研究开启了新视野。以高等技术教育发展为线索,梳理德国高等技术教育发展过程,分析了德国高等技术教育与工业技术文化的关系,认为技术教育既是工业技术文化的产物,也是工业技术文化的推动者。
This article reports a study that explores the cultural background of technical higher educa-tion in Germany in the 19th century.It puts forward the concept of industrial technical culture,which opens a new horizon for the research of German higher technical education.This paper takes the de-velopment of technical higher education as a clue to analyze the relationship between German technical education and industrial technical culture by digging the development process of German higher techni-cal education.It believes that technical education is not only the product of industrial technical cul-ture,but also the promoter of industrial technical culture.
