4月,大型船和中小型船交替影响整体市场走势。4月中旬,飓风伊尔莎在澳大利亚西部主要铁矿石出口港黑德兰港与东皮尔巴拉近海北部海岸登陆,伴有倾盆大雨,一度对发运造成阻碍,拖累BDI在4月18日回落至1368点,但台风过后黑德兰港迅速重启,铁矿石和煤炭交易趋于活跃,4月28日BDI回稳至1576点。4月BDI均值1480点,环比上涨5%,同比下跌33.3%。前4个月BDI均值1114点,同比下跌46.5%。
In April,large vessels and medium-sized and small vessels impacted the market trend alternatively.In mid-April,Hurricane IIsa landed at the Port of Hedland,the main iron ore export port in western Australia,and the northern coast of the East Pilbara,accompanied by heavy rain,which once blocked shipment,dragging BDI back to 1,368 points on 18 April.Soon after the typhoon,the Port of Hedland reopened and the iron ore and coal trade became active.
