After almost two years of damage caused by the COVID,the American theatrical performance basically recovered in 2022.The COVID itself led to a series of changes concerning the whole theatrical ecology, providing materials for original works and revivals, constructing contexts for audience interpretation, and promoting new theatrical forms and production approaches. The American theatrical performance thus presented views different from the previous years.Although not cured yet,the American theatrical performance has shown impressive selfrehabilitation, which will not only cure itself soon, but also cope with the next crisis.
