农机社会化服务的化肥减量效应及作用路径研究——基于CRHPS数据

Research on Chemical Fertilizer Reduction Effect of Agricultural Machinery Outsourcing Service and Action Path:Based on CRHPS Data

在资源环境约束不断加大的背景下,化肥减量增效势在必行。本文利用2017年中国农村家庭追踪调查(CRHPS)数据,实证分析了农机社会化服务对粮食作物的化肥减量效应及作用路径。研究发现,农机社会化服务对粮食作物种植户亩均化肥支出具有显著的负向影响,农机社会化服务有助于化肥减量。进一步采用工具变量法、替换被解释变量和倾向得分匹配法进行了稳健性检验,结果显示,农机社会化服务的化肥减量效应是稳健的。在农机社会化服务对化肥减量的作用路径上,采用中介效应模型分析发现,农机社会化服务通过促进机械化施肥的采纳、农地经营规模的扩大和农户收入的增加来推动化肥减量,而亩均有机肥支出在农机社会化服务和亩均化肥支出间的中介效应不显著。

This paper empirically analyzes the chemical fertilizer reduction effect of agricultural machinery outsourcing services and action path on grain crops by using the data of China Rural Household Panel Survey in 2017.It is found that agricultural machinery outsourcing services have a significant negative impact on chemical fertilizer expenditure per mu of grain crops growers,and the effect is robust.On the path of the effect of agricultural machinery outsourcing service on chemical fertilizer reduction,the results show that agricultural machinery outsourcing service promoted chemical fertilizer reduction by promoting the adoption of mechanized fertilization,the expansion of farmland management scale and the increase of farmers' income,while the intermediary effect of organic fertilizer expenditure per mu between agricultural machinery outsourcing service and chemical fertilizer expenditure per mu is not significant.
