摘要 文中通过建立塔形井架有限元仿真模型,对井架结构进行应力应变静力分析及模态动力分析,根据分析结果找出井架受力较大部位,推断其实际振动响应,从而确定井架承载过程中的主要危险应力区及井架整体刚度和质量分布情况。最后基于仿真结果,对井架检测点布置提出优化建议。 In this article,by means of the finite-element simulation model of the tower-shaped derrick,efforts are made to carry out the stress and strain static analysis as well as the modal dynamic analysis.According to the analytical results,the parts of the derrick with large stress are identified,and the actual vibration response is deduced.Thus,the main dangerous stress areas in the derrick-bearing process are determined;the derrick's overall rigidity and mass distribution are worked out.Finally,based on the simulation results,optimization suggestions are put forward for the layout of derrick detection points.
