时变摩擦因数对齿面接触强度的影响研究

摘要 传统的齿面接触应力计算中并未充分考虑齿面间摩擦力的影响,然而研究表明:齿面摩擦力是影响齿面接触应力的重要因素。研究摩擦因数对齿面接触应力的影响对齿轮强度设计具有重要的意义。文中基于Hertz接触理论和第四强度理论,在齿面接触应力的计算中引入摩擦因数,对比分析了定摩擦因数、时变摩擦因数对法向载荷和齿面接触应力的影响,并通过算例和齿面接触疲劳试验进行验证。结果表明:相较于定摩擦因数,时变摩擦因数对齿面接触应力的影响更为显著;当缺乏润滑时,齿面接触应力的计算中不能忽略摩擦因数的作用,且主动轮齿面最大接触应力出现在单齿对接触的最低点。 As for the traditional method of calculating the tooth-surface contact stress,the influence of the friction between the tooth surfaces is not fully taken into account.However,the research shows that the tooth-surface friction is an important factor affecting the tooth-surface contact stress.The effect of the friction coefficient on the tooth-surface contact stress is of great significance to the gear's strength.In this article,based on the Hertz-contact theory and the fourth-strength theory,the friction coefficient is introduced into the calculation of the tooth surface's contact stress,and the effects of the constant friction coefficient and the time-varying friction coefficient on the normal load and the tooth-surface contact stress are compared and analyzed;the results are verified by means of the numerical examples and the tooth-surface contact-fatigue test.It is shown that compared with the constant friction coefficient,the time-varying friction coefficient has a more significant effect on the tooth-surface contact stress;when there is a lack of lubrication,the effect of the friction coefficient cannot be ignored when the tooth-surface contact stress is calculated,and the maximum value of the active gear's tooth-surface contact stress occurs at the lowest point of contact of a single tooth pair.
