摘要
为有效提升下肢外骨骼设计过程中机会把握、需求提取和技术实施的可行性,以及患者需求的满意度,提出一种用户需求导向融合模型,为设计下肢外骨骼产品提供指导。在该融合模型框架下,通过社会-经济-技术分析模式对潜在市场机会进行定位;结合层次分析法提炼用户核心需求并计算权重;通过质量功能展开法分析存在于工程因素间的矛盾;利用发明问题解决理论描述、判别并解决上述矛盾,并转化为设计建议。得到3对技术矛盾和对应的3种解决方式,运用融合模型法实现了下肢外骨骼的创新设计,从多理论融合的角度为用户需求的满足提供了新思路。
In order to effectively improve the feasibility of opportunity grasping,requirement extraction,technical implementation and patient requirement satisfaction in the process of lower extremity exoskeleton design,a user requirement oriented fusion model was proposed to provide guidance for the design of lower limb exoskeleton products.Under the framework of convergence model,the potential market opportunities were identified through society-economy-technology analysis model.The core user requirements were refined and the weights were calculated using analytic hierarchy process.The contradictions between engineering factors were analyzed through quality function deployment method.The inventive problems was used to solve theoretical description,judgment and solve of the above contradictions and transform into design suggestions.Three pairs of technical contradictions and corresponding three solutions were obtained.The innovative design of lower limb exoskeleton was realized using fusion model method,which provided new ideas for meeting user requirements from the perspective of multi-theory fusion.
