摘要
胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,尽管包括手术、放疗、化疗和靶向等治疗取得了一定进展,但对于提升患者的总生存期(OS)收效甚微,相较物理治疗如肿瘤电场治疗(TTF)也仅平均延长患者的OS4~6个月。低频磁场(LF-MFs)在各类肿瘤中被证实有抑制肿瘤细胞生长和增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞死亡的作用。文中结合国内外相关研究,系统回顾了LF-MFs对GBM的生物学效应和基础理论,对LF-MFs在临床前研究和临床研究的进展进行综述,并讨论了这一新策略的存在问题和未来展望。
Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most common malignant tumor of the brain.Despite advances in multimodality therapy for GBM incorporating surgery,radiotherapy,systemic therapy(chemotherapy,targeted therapy),and supportive care,there has been little improvement in overall survival(OS).Compared with multimodality therapy,the umor-treating fields therapy(TTF)can only prolong the OS of GBM for 4-6 months.Low-frequency magnetic fields(LF-MFs)has been proven to inhibit the growth and proliferation of tumor cells and induce cell death in all kinds of tumors.The biological effects and theoretical basis of LF-MFs on GBM in combination with domestic and foreign studies were systematically reviewed with the progress of LF-MFs in preclinical and clinical studies,and the existing problems and future prospects of this new strategy were discussed.
