场域理论视域中创新创业学习力的影响机理及提升策略——基于11位大学生深度访谈的质性分析 被引量:2

The Influence Mechanism and Training Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Learning Ability in the Field Theory:Qualitative Analysis Based on In-depth Interviews with 11 College Students

摘要 高校通过创新创业教育有力地促进人才培养质量提升,并推动大学生学习方式不断优化。在创新创业教育不同要素的互动场域中,学习动因、学习资本、惯习表征这三个维度所构成的行动网络持续影响着创新创业学习力的形成与发展。从S高校选取11位具有创新创业经验的大学生进行半结构化访谈,结合访谈资料分析发现,追求实用的教育导向影响创新创业学习动因,具有创新意蕴和创业情感的课程体验有利于学习资本转化,创新创业实践经历有利于保持惯习表征的连贯性,资源依赖对创新创业学习力产生结构化影响。为此,高校创新创业教育需根据社会创新创业需求提升学习者认知水平,增强创新创业学习过程的体验性和挑战性,调整资源依赖方式开发创新创业学习资源,进而提高大学生创新创业学习力。 Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,paying attention to the learning field of students is the practical demand of talent cultivation in universities.In the interactive field of different elements of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the action network composed of learning motivation,learning capital and habitual representation continues to affect the learning ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.Select 11 students with innovation and entrepreneurship experience from S universities to conduct semi-structured interviews.According to the analysis of interview data,it is found that the pursuit of practical talent cultivation orientation affects the learning motivation.The curriculum experience with innovation implication and entrepreneurship emotion is conducive to the transformation of learning capital,and the innovation and entrepreneurship practice experience is conducive to maintaining the consistency of habitual representation,and the resource dependence has a structural impact on the learning ability.In order to improve students′entrepreneurial learning competency,we should match entrepreneurial needs and learners′cognitive level,pay attention to the field characteristics of entrepreneurial learning,and enhance the experience and challenge of entrepreneurial learning process.
