二次结构构造柱免支模施工工艺研究

Study on Formwork-Free Construction Technology of Secondary Structural Column

针对二次结构构造柱施工中预制成本较高、运输易破损等问题,提出一种构造柱免支模施工工艺。以河源万达东江城一期三组团项目为例,探析该工艺的施工要点及应用效果。该工艺的运用可解决构造柱施工难度较高、漏浆漏振等问题,实现了降低施工人力、物力投入的效果。与传统工艺相比,新工艺在操作上没有间断性,并可简化抹灰难度。

Aiming at the problems of high prefabrication cost and easy damage during transportation in the construction of secondary structural constructional column,this paper puts forward a formwork-free construction technology for constructional column.Taking the third group project of Wanda Dongjiang City Phase Iin Heyuan as an example,the construction points and application effects ofthis technology are analyzed.The application of this technology can solve the problems of high construction difficulty and leakage of slurry and vibration of the constructional column,and achieve the effect of reducing the input of construction manpower and material resources.Compared with the traditional process,the new process has no discontinuity in operation,and can simplify the difficulty of plastering.
