摘要
因预制柱在吊装施工阶段的受力状态与厂房使用阶段的受力状态不同,因此,设计时应考虑施工工况对预制柱截面、配筋等的影响,并进行分析计算。论文以预制格构双肢柱为例,介绍了预制双肢柱的现场制作方法,对五点翻转、三点起吊的吊装施工方案进行分析介绍,并进行了对应的计算分析,以确保吊装施工安全。
As the stress state of the precast column in the hoisting construction stage is different from that of the workshop in the use stage,influence of construction condition on precast column should be considered during the design stage.Taking precast lattice double column as an example,this paper first introduces the on-site manufacturing method of prefabricated double column,and then introduces the lifting construction scheme offive-point turnover and three-point lifing,and carries out the corresponding calculation and analysis to ensure the safety oflifting construction.
