Discussion on Engineering Management and Construction Quality Control Measures

建筑工程在施工中普遍存在工程管理制度落实不到位、施工前期质量管理不规范、工程设计质量与责任脱节等问题。论文对建筑工程管理及施工质量控制存在问题进行了剖析,并提出建筑工程施工企业在追求工程施工的时效性时,应将建筑工程管理及施工质量控制情况作为前置条件,严把设计阶段、施工阶段的质量关,积极转变粗放式管理理念,革新扁平化管理模式,严格落实建筑工程全过程管理,守好建筑的安全防护门。

There are some problems in the construction of construction projects,such as the implementation of the project management system is not in place,the quality management in the early stage of construction is not standardized,and the quality of engineering design is out of touch with responsibility.This paper analyzes the existing problems of construction project management and construction quality control,and proposes that when the construction enterprise pursues the timeliness of construction,it should take the construction project management and construction quality control as the preconditions,strictly control the quality of the design stage and construction stage,actively change the extensive management concept,and innovate the flat management mode,strictly implement the whole process of construction engineering management,keep the safety protectivedoor ofthe building.
