商用地下建筑消防监督管理研究

Study on Fire Supervision and Management of Commercial Underground Building

分析商用地下建筑消防监督与管理措施。以某人防地下商场项目作为研究对象,对地下建筑的总体特点进行分析,提出地下建筑人员密度大、内部结构复杂与易燃可燃物多的特点,在此基础上,分析消防监督管理的可行方法,重点监督疏散楼梯设计效果、明确防火分区布置方案,并做好消防人员配置与探测器种类和数量检查。

The fire supervision and management measures of commercial underground buildings are analyzed.Taking a civil air defence underground shopping mall project as the research object,this paper analyzes the general characteristics of underground buildings,and puts forward the characteristics ofhigh density of underground buildings,complex internal structure and many flammable materials.On this basis,it analyzes the feasible methods of fire control supervision and management,focusing on supervising the design effect of evacuation stairs,defining thelayout scheme of fire protection zones,and doing a good job in checking the configuration offirefighters and the types and quantities ofdetectors.
