摘要
文章基于城市更新视角,对我国工业遗产与城市发展之间的联系进行分析,总结二者的问题和各自的优势,并结合商业开发,探究工业遗产通过空间再利用、土地性质转变和文化再造转型所带来的价值。提出商业推动下工业遗产融入城市建设和实现场域空间再利用的策略,以达到工业遗产活化,以区域复兴促进城市整体复兴的效果,为后续工业遗产转型提供可供参考的设计方法,为城市更新提供新的思路。
Based on the perspective of urban renewal,this paper analyzes the connection between industrial heritage and urban development,summarizes the problems and advantages of the two,and explores the value of industrial heritage through spatial reuse,land property transformation and cultural reengineering with the combination of commercial development.It puts forward the strategy of integrating industrial heritage into urban construction and realizing the reuse of field space under the promotion of commerce,so as to achieve the activation of industrial heritage and form the effect of promoting the overall Renaissance of the city through regional rejuvenation,providing reference design methods for the subsequent transformation of industrial heritage and new ideas for urbanrenewal.
