城市街角空间类型化分析及改造策略研究——以北京市为例

城市街角空间是城市公共空间建设中的重要一环,由于其具备连接、过渡、渗透、聚集等多种特性,城市街角空间也成为展现城市文脉、塑造城市形象的重要节点。文章界定了街角空间的定义,从功能、路网条件、建筑边界、核心要素四方面入手对城市街角空间进行类型化分析并总结亟待解决的问题,进而探讨城市街角空间的改造更新策略。文章旨在通过对城市街角空间现存问题及策略的探讨为城市更新提供研究基础和有效途径。

Urban street corner space is an important part of urban public space construction.Because it has many characteristics such as connection,transition,penetration and aggregation,urban street corner space has also become an important node to show the urban context and shape the urban image.This paper defines the definition of street corner space,analyzes the type of urban street corner space from four aspects:function,road network conditions,building boundary and core elements,summarizes the problems to be solved,and then discusses the transformation and renewal strategy of urban street corner space.This paper aims to provide research basis and effective methods for urban renewal through the analysis of the existing problems and Strategies of urban street cornerspace.
