工业遗产街区中新旧空间转化探究——以首钢工业景观遗产改造设计为例

Research on the Transformation of Old and New Spaces in Industrial Heritage Blocks,A Case Study of Capital Steel Mill Industrial Landscape Heritage Renovation Design

随着20世纪传统工业热潮的退却,许多中国大城市中遗留下来的工业区以其独特的历史性、记忆性和空间特质成为近年来城市更新的焦点。文章以首都钢铁厂里的工业街区为例,从新旧空间转化手法的研究角度出发,探究工业遗产街区的转型模式,归纳出不同层次上具有指导意义的理论延展和设计方法。从空间系统规划、历史文化传承、空间氛围营造、旧空间改造细则、新空间设计植入五个层面,对新旧空间转化设计提出多种角度和思路的设计方式,对首都钢铁厂工业景观遗产片区的基地现状及环境中存在的突出问题进行分析,探究新旧空间转化设计可行性。

With the retreat of the traditional industrial boom in the last century,the remaining industrial areas in many large Chinese cities have become the focus of urban renewal in recent years with their unique historical,memorable and spatial characteristics.Taking the industrial block in the Capital Steel mill as an example,this paper explores the transformation mode of the industrial heritage block from the perspective of the new and old space transformation methods,and summarizes the theoretical extension and design methods with guiding significance at different levels.From space system planning,the historical and cultural heritage,space atmosphere build,old space transformation rules,the new space design into five level,transformation of old and new space design put forward a variety of angles and thinking way of design,landscape heritage area of the Capital Steel mill industrial base of current situation and outstanding problems that exist in the environment were analyzed,and explore the new and old space transformation design feasibility.
