目的 探讨马凡氏综合征的临床表现及承受眼科手术的情况。方法 对 4 0例马凡氏综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 4 0例患者中晶状体脱位占 80 % ,视网膜脱离占 37.5 % ;心血管异常占 35 % ,以主动脉根部扩张、二尖瓣脱离为主 ;高瘦、蛛状指占 5 3% ;神经行为异常占 37.5 %。有家族史占 2 5 %。结论 马凡氏综合征的诊断 ,需根据上述几项综合分析。心血管异常者 ,经过治疗后 。

Objective Clinical sympotom of Marfan syndrome and condition of undertaking ophthalmic surgery was researched.Methods To observed the clinical data of 40 cases of Marfan syndrome.Results 80% of 40 patients with subluxated or dislocated lenses;37.5% of retinal detachment,35% of Cardiovascular abnormal,dilatation of the aortic root,mitral valve prolapse occurred more.53% of high and thin;finger clubbed.37.5% of neurobeharioral abnormalities. of familial history.Conclusion Diagnosis of Marfan syndrome,according to the data analysis.cardiovascular abnorma undertake ophthalmic surgery after the treatment.
