综合护理在妇科癌痛患者镇痛治疗中应用效果的研究

Study on Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Analgesic Treatment of Patients with Gynecological Cancer Pain

目的:探究综合护理对妇科癌痛患者镇痛治疗中疼痛以及心理的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—9月本院妇科收治的癌症患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行综合护理,比较两组数字疼痛评分(NRS)、焦虑/抑郁自评量表(SAS/SDS)评分以及述情障碍评分的差异性。结果:观察组干预1周后NRS、SAS、SDS以及述情障碍评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科癌痛患者镇痛治疗中实施综合护理,能缓解患者的疼痛,改善其心理状况并减轻述情障碍,具有极高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on pain and psychology of gynecological cancer pain patients.Methods:A total of 70 cancer patients admitted to the Department of Gynecology of our hospital from April 2022to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The differences of digital pain score(NRS),self-rating anxiety/depression scale(SAS/SDS) score and alexithymia score between the two groups were compared.Results:NRS,SAS,SDS and alexithymia scores in observation group were lower than those in control group after 1 week of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing in the analgesic treatment of gynecological cancer pain can relieve the pain of patients,improve their psychological status and alleviate alexithymia,which has a high application value.
