醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的效果

Effect of Leuprorelin Acetate Assisted Laparoscopic in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的:分析醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法:以安阳市妇幼保健院、平顶山第二人民医院2020年2月—2022年2月收治的80例患者作为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察组在对照组基础上给予醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,比较两组性激素水平、手术指标、月经情况、子宫与肌瘤体积及局部微循环。结果:治疗后,观察组性激素水平、手术相关指标、子宫与肌瘤体积、月经周期与月经量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血流灌注指数与甲襞微循环积分小于对照组,毛细血管径大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,能够改善患者性激素,减小子宫、肌瘤体积及改善月经,对局部微循环影响小,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of leuprorelin acetate assisted laparoscopic in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted to Anyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and Pingdingshan Second People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group was additionally treated with levoprorelin acetate on the basis of the control group.Sex hormone levels,surgical indexes,menstruation,uterine and fibroid volume and local microcirculation were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,sex hormone levels,surgery-related indexes,uterine and fibroid volume,menstrual cycle and menstrual volume in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The blood perfusion index and nail fold microcirculation integral of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the capillary diameter was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leuprelin acetate assisted laparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids is effective,which can improve patients' sex hormones,reduce the volume of uterus and fibroids and improve menstrual cycle,has little effect on local microcirculation,worthy of promotion.
