依达拉奉与尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者神经、认知功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Edaravone and Urinary Kallidinogenase on Nerve and Cognitive Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨依达拉奉与尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者神经、认知功能的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年1月在该院治疗的70例急性脑梗死患者,根据服药种类的不同将患者分为对照组(依达拉奉)和研究组(依达拉奉+尤瑞克林),每组35例。比较两组治疗效果、神经功能、认知功能、颅内血液流变学指标。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的68.57%(P<0.05);研究组神经功能评分低于对照组,认知功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度以及纤维蛋白原低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的效果较为突出,可以改善患者的神经、认知功能,降低颅内血液流变学指标,可行性较高。 Objective:To investigate the effects of edaravone and urinary kallidinogenase on neurological and cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(edaravone) and study group(edaravone + urinary kallidinogenase) according to different types of medication,with 35 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,neurological function,cognitive function and intracranial hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than 68.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The neurological function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the cognitive function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and fibrinogen in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with urinary kallidinogenase is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It can improve the nerve and cognitive function of patients and reduce the indexes of intracranial hemorheology.
