乳腺癌患者TE新辅助化疗期间采取护理风险管理措施的效果

Effect of Nursing Risk Management Measures During TE Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer Patients

目的:分析护理风险管理在乳腺癌患者应用TE新辅助化疗中的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年6月本院就诊的乳腺癌TE新辅助化疗患者98例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=49)、对照组(n=49),分别采取护理风险管理、常规护理方法进行干预,比较两组生活质量、护理满意度及护理风险发生情况。结果:观察组生活质量各领域评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,护理风险发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理可提升乳腺癌TE新辅助化疗患者生活质量,降低护理风险事件发生概率,且护理满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing risk management on epirubicin(TE) neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.Method:A total of 98 patients with breast cancer treated with TE neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=49) and control group(n=49) according to the random number table method,nursing risk management and routine nursing methods were used to intervene respectively.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction and nursing risk were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of nursing risk was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management can improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients with TE neoadjuvant chemotherapy,reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,and nursing satisfaction is higher.
