中医针刺联合太极灸治疗产后尿潴留31例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined Tai Chi Moxibustion Treatment of 31 Cases Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的:探讨中医针刺联合太极灸对产后尿潴留的影响。方法:选取产后尿潴留患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组给予甲硫酸新斯的明注射液1 mg肌注;治疗组结合中医辨证标准选穴后给予针刺联合太极灸疗法。观察两组排尿情况、症状改善的时间、B超残余尿量。结果:治疗组中医证候改善情况优于对照组,治疗组B超残余尿量低于对照组,首次排尿时间短于对照组,首次排尿量多于对照组。结论:中医针刺联合太极灸疗法可有效改善产妇产后排尿情况及中医证候,降低膀胱残余尿量。

Objective To study the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined Tai chi jiu effect on postpartum urinary retention.Methods Choose 62 patients with postpartum urinary retention,according to random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group given a sulfuric acid 1 mg intramuscular injection of neostigmine injection;Chinese medicine treatment group dialectical criteria to choose acupuncture point acupuncture combination Tai chi jiu therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Observe two groups of micturition,symptoms improved time,B ultrasonic,residual urine volume.Results Treatment group in improvement of syndromes is better than that of control group,treatment group B ultrasonic residual urine volume is lower than the control group,micturition time shorter than the control group,for the first time for the first time,urine output more than the control group.Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture combined Tai chi jiu therapy can effectively improve maternal postpartum urine and TCM syndrome,reduce bladder residual urine volume.
