摘要 血小板是具有生物活性的无核细胞碎片,由骨髓中成熟的巨核细胞胞质裂解脱落产生。血小板通过黏附、释放、聚集、收缩和吸附等功能维持血管内皮完整并发挥生理性止血作用。除上述功能外,血小板在机体免疫反应及炎症反应过程中也发挥重要作用,可参与脓毒症、自身免疫性疾病等多种疾病的发生发展。本文对血小板在免疫和炎症反应中的作用机制进行综述。 Platelets are fragments of non nucleated cell with biological activity,which are produced by the lysis and abscission of mature megakaryocytes in bone marrow.Platelets can maintain vascular endothelial integrity and exert physiological hemostatic effects through playing the functions such as adhesion,release,aggregation,contraction,and adsorption.In addition to the above functions,platelets also play an important role in the immune and inflammatory responses of the body,and which can participate in the occurrence and development of various diseases such as sepsis and autoimmune diseases.This article reviews the mechanism of platelets in immune and inflammatory responses.
