调神健脾法揿针联合匹维溴铵治疗IBS-D肝郁脾虚证的疗效观察

The observation of the therapeutic effect of regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen combined with Pinaverium bromide on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with syndrome of stagnation of the liver and deficiency of the spleen

目的探讨调神健脾法揿针联合匹维溴铵治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)肝郁脾虚证的疗效。方法IBS-D肝郁脾虚证患者70例,分为2组。对照组38例,给予匹维溴铵片治疗。观察组32例,在对照组基础上给予调神健脾法揿针治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组肠易激综合征病情严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评分、中医症状评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,并评价临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组76.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后IBS-SSS评分、中医症状评分、SAS评分及SDS评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),观察组上述量表评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神健脾法揿针联合匹维溴铵治疗肝郁脾虚证IBS-D疗效确切,能降低患者病情严重程度,减轻中医临床症状,改善焦虑抑郁状态。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the method of regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen combined with Pinaverium bromide on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with syndrome of stagnation of the liver and deficiency of the spleen.Methods 70 patients with IBS-D were divided into 2 groups.The control group(38 cases)was treated with Pinaverium bromide.The Observation Group(32 cases)was treated with the method of regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups.The IBS-SSS score,TCM symptom score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS-RRB-score and self-rating depression scaSDS-RRB-SDS)score were compared between the two groups,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.3%,P<0.05).The IBS-SSS score,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom score,SAS score and SDS score were decreased after the treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The improvement of the above-mentioned scores in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of regulating the mind and strengthening the spleen combined with Pinaverium bromide has a definite therapeutic effect on IBS-D of stagnation of the liver-qi and deficiency of the spleen,which can reduce the severity of the disease,relieve the clinical symptoms of TCM and improve the state of anxiety and depression.
