Human rights have multidimensional attributes.Which determine the pluralistic legal characteristics of human rights rule of law,which are manifested in the unity of domestic rule of law and international rule of law,inherent rule of law and successor rule of law,formal rule of law and substantive rule of law,procedural rule of law and substantive rule of law.The core essence of the socialist human rights and rule of law thinking with Chinese characteristics is based on the grand narrative background of comprehensive rule of law,which is mainly reflected in the four aspects of legislation,law enforcement,judiciary and law-abiding.In the process of formation and development,the Socialist Thought on Human Rights and Rule of Law with Chinese Characteristics has profoundly demonstrated and reflected its unique value orientation,always adhering to the people-centered concept of subjectivity,giving priority to the content concept of guaranteeing the right to subsistence and the right to development,the development concept of promoting comprehensive human development,and the international human rights governance concept with international human rights law as the norm.
