“文化安全研究”是在一定语境下出场的。这一研究是中国知识界对近代以来西方国家对非西方国家、地区军事、物质扩张直接引发的文化安全问题的回应;是对当代中国文化面临的外部挑战、冲击,以及自身发展存在的诸多困境的因应;是国家安全研究这一学术探讨深化的结果。学界既立足国家这一主体、立足文化,也从“安全”属性的角度建构文化安全这一核心概念及其内涵。从文化安全研究的出场及其核心概念的建构看,这一研究是中国学术界在吸收国外学术成果基础上的自主探索。

Cultural security research is a reflection of the development of the modern world and Chinese culture,and a response to the practical problems faced by contemporary Chinese cultural development.At the same time,cultural security research is also an academic result of the deepening development of national security research.The academic community mainly focuses on the nation and culture,as the main body,and constructing the core concept and connotation of cultural security from the perspective of"security".Exploring the context and construction of core concepts in the emergence of cultural security research is of great significance for constructing an independent knowledge system for Chinese cultural security research.
