经济高质量发展有其内在的学理逻辑,其内涵丰富,具有多维性、质量性、动态性、人民性等特征,评价方式主要有单一指标论和多维指标论。经济高质量发展实现途径包括以新发展理念为指导、以新发展格局为循环互动、以企业产品质量为基础、以供给侧结构性改革为主线、以创新驱动为动力导向、以数字经济为助推力量及以绿色消费联动内外等方面。当前关于经济高质量发展的理论深度、视野广度、方法力度和学科交叉度需要进一步的扩展,可在方法、视野、学科等方面进行深化拓展,为新征程推动经济高质量发展建立牢固完善的理论根基。

Since the concept of high-quality development was first put forward at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the economic field,the academic community has carried out a continuous discussion on high-quality economic development and obtained some important research results.High-quality economic development has its inherent academic logic,rich connotation,multi-dimensional,qualitative,dynamic,people-oriented and other characteristics.There are mainly single index theory and multi-dimensional index theory in the evaluation method,and its implementation approach is also multi-dimensional.At present,the theoretical depth,scope of vision,strength of methods and interdisciplinary degree of highquality economic development need to be further expanded,which can be further expanded in terms of methods,vision and disciplines,so as to establish a solid and perfect theoretical foundation for the new journey to promote high-quality economic development.
