金针虫添加对冬小麦根际土壤线虫群落的影响

摘要 通过室内盆栽实验研究沟金针虫(Pleonomus canaliculatus)处理下冬小麦(Triticum aestivum)根际土壤线虫群落的变化.结果显示,添加金针虫显著增加了冬小麦根际土壤线虫的总属丰富度、总土壤线虫的丰富度以及食细菌类和食真菌类线虫的丰富度,原因主要是金针虫添加提高了冬小麦根际土壤有机碳含量以及冬小麦苗和根中的类黄酮含量.主成分分析(PCA)结果表明,添加金针虫可以改变冬小麦根际土壤线虫群落的组成.冗余分析(RDA)证实冬小麦苗和根中的类黄酮含量、土壤有机碳含量分别解释土壤线虫群落变异的35.80%、16.40%和12.52%.上述结果表明,金针虫添加通过间接作用影响冬小麦根际土壤线虫群落,即通过增加冬小麦苗和根中的类黄酮含量对根际土壤线虫的丰富度和多样性产生影响. The changes of soil nematode community in winter wheat rhizosphere were investigated under the control and the addition of wireworm treatments by a greenhouse pot experiment.The results indicate that wireworm addition significantly increases the total nematode genus richness,the abundances of total soil nematode,bacterivores,and fungivores in winter wheat rhizosphere,and the main reason may be that the addition of wireworm increases the soil organic carbon content in the rhizosphere of winter wheat,and the flavonoid content in winter wheat shoot and root.At the same time,principal component analysis shows the addition of wireworm changes the composition of soil nematode community.Redundancy analysis demonstrates the flavonoid contents of shoot and root in winter wheat,the soil organic carbon content explain 35.80%,16.40% and 12.52% variation of soil nematode community,respectively.The results show wireworm affected soil nematode community through indirect effect.The feeding of wireworm increases the content of flavonoid in winter wheat shoot and root,and further has positive effects on the abundance and the diversity indices of soil nematode community.
