Prospect for the Peaceful Advancement in the Form of Economic Globalization

人类经济社会发展的组织形态衍化和制度安排变迁,既受自发性因素决定,也受建构性因素决定。中国融入经济全球化40多年来的事实表明:中国经济的崛起,创造了另一种有别于西方工业化的成功模式,正是这一关键因素,推动形成了经济全球化新形态的诞生。这就使得对经济全球化现象的观察视角和全局观念,发生了极大的变化。世界必须放弃以战争消灭异类或以强权迫使各类经济体实现同质化的经济全球化执念,承认和包容各类经济体的共存,才会有更具安全性的经济全球化。经济全球化形态衍化的过程未必总是“和谐”的,但和平期望还是可以有充分理由的。人类文明厌恶战争,现代国家珍视生命。以往的大国崛起是世界12%人口中发生的故事,而中国崛起是世界88%人口中发生的故事,因此中国崛起本身就具有更大的全球意义。应对重大挑战和风险因素,人类必须要有新的应对之策。中国努力将自己建设成为经济全球化中最具安全性和运行畅通性的经济体,体现了人类发展迎接未来命运的一种具有国情特色的可行选择。

The advancement of organizational form and the change of institutional arrangement in the economic and social development are determined by both autonomous factors and constructive ones.As China has been integrating into economic globalization for more than 40 years,the rise of China creates another mode of success distinct from the Western industrialization,and this factor further promotes the birth of a new form of economic globalization.Thus,a huge change has happened to the perspective and holistic idea for economic globalization.In today's word,the economic globalization with higher security can only be achieved from acknowledging and tolerating the coexistence of various economies,while abandoning the obsessiveness of economic globalization that eliminates the adversaries by war or forces the homogeneity of these distinct economies by power.While the advancement in the form of economic globalization cannot always be"harmonious",there are still adequate reasons for the peaceful prospects.Human civilization dislikes the war,and the modern nations cherish life.In the history,the rise of great powers only occurred among the 12%of population in the world.With 88%of population in the world,the rise of China itself is of greater global significance.In response to major challenges and risk factors,mankind must advance the new countermeasures.China will strive for building into the economy with the highest security and smooth operation in economic globalization,which shows a feasible option with national characteristics in the human development for the future.
