摘要
本研究根据领导—部属交换理论,探究扶贫干部的时间紧迫感、领导—部属交换关系(简称为LMX)等前因变量对贫困个体脱贫内生动力的直接影响,并探讨扶贫干部的时间紧迫感对LMX与脱贫内生动力关系间的调节效果。研究者以充当农村扶贫团队主管的国企驻村干部及其部属(即加入合作社的贫困户主)为研究对象,利用问卷方式收集63位扶贫干部与485位下属户主的配对数据,采用二层次阶层线性模型进行分析。结果发现,扶贫干部的时间紧迫感、LMX均对贫困个体的脱贫内生动力产生正向影响,扶贫干部的时间紧迫感会增强LMX对脱贫内生动力的正向影响。本研究的发现有助于认识扶贫干部时间紧迫感与LMX的联合效应,并指导扶贫工作者采取有针对性的措施,以便有效地激发贫困个体的脱贫内生动力。
By introducing leader-member exchange(LMX)theory,this study investigates the effects of the sense of time urgency from poverty relief officials and LMX on the endogenous power of the poor individu‐als for poverty elimination,along with the moderating effects of the sense of time urgency from poverty relief officials on the relationship between LMX and the endogenous power for poverty elimination.Targeting the resident officials from state-owned enterprises,who are in charge of the poverty relief team in the country‐side,and their subordinates(those poor householders who participate in specialized farmer's cooperatives),this paper collects the paired data about 63 poverty relief officials and their 485 subordinate householders through the questionnaires,and analyzes them with the two-level hierarchical linear modeling.Results show that both the sense of time urgency from poverty relief officials and LMX have the positive effects on the en‐dogenous power of the poor individuals for poverty elimination,and the sense of time urgency from poverty relief officials can enhance the positive effects of LMX on the endogenous power for poverty elimination.The findings are conducive to understanding the joint effects between the sense of time urgency from poverty relief officials and LMX,and guiding the poverty alleviation workers for taking targeted measures to effec‐tively stimulate the endogenous power of impoverished individuals for poverty elimination.
