知母玉竹饮治疗阴虚型便秘的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Zhimu Yuzhu Potion for the treatment of constipation in yin deficiency type

目的探讨知母玉竹饮治疗阴虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法选取阴虚型便秘患者92例,将其随机分为观察组(47例)和对照组(45例)。观察组采用知母玉竹饮治疗,对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,两组患者均治疗8周。分别采用便秘评分系统(CSS)、中医证候积分评价两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、中医证候,比较两组治疗8周后的总有效率,以及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗8周后,观察组治疗的总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的68.89%(P<0.05);两组的CSS评分、中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组的上述评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论知母玉竹饮可以有效地改善阴虚型便秘患者的便秘症状和中医证候,临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhimu Yuzhu Potion for the treatment of constipation in yin deficiency type.Methods A total of 92 patients with constipation in yin deficiency type were selected,and they were randomly assigned to observation group(47 cases)or control group(45 cases).The observation group was treated with Zhimu Yuzhu Potion,and the control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablet.Both groups received a 8-week treatment.The pre-and post-treatment clinical symptoms,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes of patients in both groups were evaluated by using Constipation Scoring System(CSS)and evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,respectively.The total effective rate 8 weeks after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.62%,which was higher than that in the control group(68.89%,P<0.05);moreover,the CSS score,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the aforesaid scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).No statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhimu Yuzhu Potion can effectively ameliorate constipation symptoms and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes in patients with constipation in yin deficiency type,exerting a significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
