基于德尔菲法的酒精戒断综合征患者出院准备度调查问卷的构建

Establishment of discharge readiness questionnaire for patients with alcohol withdrawal syndrome based on the Delphi method

目的基于德尔菲法构建酒精戒断综合征(AWS)患者出院准备度调查问卷,为精神病科医护人员提供有效的AWS患者出院准备度评估工具。方法通过文献回顾和半结构化访谈形成初始问卷,采用德尔菲法对AWS患者出院准备度调查问卷的评估条目进行专家函询。结果共进行3轮专家函询。3轮函询专家的判断依据分别为0.804、0.852、0.867,熟悉程度分别为0.826、0.863、0.880,权威系数分别为0.815、0.858、0.874。成功构建了包含自身状况评价、疾病知识评价、出院后应对能力评价、出院后家庭和社会支持需求评价4个维度共31个条目的AWS出院准备度调查问卷。结论成功构建了基于德尔菲法的AWS出院准备度调查问卷,函询专家参与程度高,积极性好,权威程度高,意见协调程度高,该问卷可作为AWS患者出院准备度的评估工具。

Objective To establish the questionnaire of discharge readiness for patients with alcohol withdrawal syndrome(AWS)based on the Delphi method,and to provide an effective discharge readiness assessment tool of AWS patients for psychiatric medical staff.Methods The initial questionnaire was formed by literature review and semi-structured interviews,and the Delphi method was used to conduct expert letter consultation on the evaluation items of AWS patients′discharge readiness questionnaire.Results A total of 3 rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted.In the three rounds of letter consultation,the judgment basis of experts was 0.804,0.852 and 0.867,respectively,the degree of familiarity was 0.826,0.863 and 0.880,respectively,and the authority coefficients were 0.815,0.858 and 0.874,respectively.The AWS discharge readiness questionnaire was successfully established,which included 4 dimensions of self condition evaluation,disease knowledge evaluation,evaluation of coping ability after discharge,and evaluation of demands for family and social support after discharge,with a total of 31 items.Conclusion The AWS discharge readiness questionnaire is successfully established based on the Delphi method,which exerts a high participation degree of letter consultant experts,a favorable positivity,and high degree of authority and opinions coordination.This questionnaire can be used as an assessment tool for discharge readiness of patients with AWS.
