摘要 目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸联合特布他林、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体感染性肺炎的效果及对促炎因子、气道重塑因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的300例小儿支原体感染性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组采用特布他林、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加乙酰半胱氨酸进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的89.33%(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组的单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组的转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸联合特布他林、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体感染性肺炎的效果显著,可有效降低促炎因子水平,调节气道重塑因子水平,改善通气状态,促进机体恢复,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of acetylcysteine combined with terbutaline and budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasma infectious pneumonia in children and its influences on levels of proinflammatory factors and airway remodeling factors.Methods A total of 300 children with mycoplasma infectious pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment options,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with terbutaline and budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 89.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))level,forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine combined with terbutaline and budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasma infectious pneumonia in children has a significant effect,it can effectively reduce the level of proinflammatory factors,regulate the level of airway remodeling factors,and improve the ventilation state and promote the recovery of the body,which is worth promoting.
