分散式规范化护理管理在妇科日间手术病房中的应用效果及对患者情绪、自我护理能力的影响

Application effect of decentralized standardized nursing management in gynecological day surgery ward and its influences on emotion and self-care ability of patients

目的研究分散式规范化护理管理在妇科日间手术病房中的应用效果及对患者情绪、自我护理能力的影响。方法选择2020年3月至2021年3月我院妇科收治的200例日间手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配法将其分为常规组和研究组,各100例。常规组实施常规护理管理,研究组实施分散式规范化护理管理。比较两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分;比较两组的前后办理出入院时间、转科率、手术临时取消率、24 h延迟出院率、7 d非计划再入院率及护理满意度。结果管理后1周,研究组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的前后办理出入院时间短于常规组,转科率、手术临时取消率、24 h延迟出院率、7 d非计划再入院率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论分散式规范化护理管理在妇科日间手术病房中的应用效果显著,能够保证护理管理质量,消除患者负面情绪,提升其自我护理能力,缩短出入院时间,保证日间手术的顺利进行。

Objective To study the application effect of decentralized standardized nursing management in gynecological day surgery ward and its influences on emotion and self-care ability of patients.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,200 patients with day surgery admitted in the gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random distribution method,the patients were divided into routine group and study group,with 100 cases in each group.The routine group implemented routine nursing management,and the study group implemented decentralized standardized nursing management.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)were compared between the two groups;the time of admission and discharge before and after treatment,transfer rate,temporary cancellation rate of operation,24 h delayed discharge rate,7 d unplanned readmission rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results One week after management,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,and the ESCA score was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The time of admission and discharge before and after treatment in the study group was shorter than that in the routine group,and the transfer rate,temporary cancellation rate of operation,24 h delayed discharge rate and 7 d unplanned readmission rate were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Decentralized standardized nursing management in gynecological day surgery ward has remarkable application effect,which can ensure the quality of nursing management,eliminate patients negative emotions,improve self-care ability,shorten the time of admission and discharge,and ensure the smooth progress of day surgery.
