质量控制护理管理模式在腔镜器械清洗、消毒、灭菌中的应用效果及对降低患者感染率的意义

Application effect of quality control nursing management mode in cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments and its significance in reducing infection rate of patients

目的探讨质量控制护理管理模式在腔镜器械清洗、消毒、灭菌中的应用效果及对降低患者感染率的意义。方法将我院2019年3月至2021年3月消毒供应中心处理的100件医疗器械作为研究对象,根据质控时间及管理模式将其分为对照组(2019年3月至2020年3月,常规清洁消毒模式)和试验组(2020年4月至2021年3月,质量控制护理管理模式);另外分别抽取两组对应时间段内的100例住院进行腔镜手术患者作为研究对象。比较两组腔镜器械的卫生质量、不良事件发生情况及患者的感染发生率。结果试验组腔镜器械的清洗合格率高于对照组,三磷酸腺苷(ATP)阳性率、致病菌检出率、污垢存在率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组腔镜器械清洗、消毒、灭菌时的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将质量控制护理管理模式应用于腔镜器械清洗、消毒、灭菌中,能够提高腔镜器械的卫生质量及管理人员的工作效率,减少不良事件发生,有助于降低患者感染率,对于提升医院整体质量具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control nursing management mode in cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments and its significance in reducing the infection rate of patients.Methods A total of 100 medical instruments processed by disinfection supply center of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were taken as the research objects.According to the quality control time and management mode,the medical instruments were divided into control group(from March 2019 to March 2020,routine cleaning and disinfection mode)and experimental group(from April 2020 to March 2021,quality control nursing management mode);in addition,100 inpatients undergoing endoscopic surgery in the corresponding period of the two groups were selected as the research objects.The endoscopic instruments health quality,occurrence of adverse events and the incidence of infection in patients were compared between the two groups.Results The cleaning qualified rate of endoscopic instruments in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the adenosine triphosphate(ATP)positive rate,pathogenic bacteria detection rate and dirt existence rate were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events during cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection of the patient in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control nursing management mode applied in the cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments can improve the hygiene quality of endoscopic instruments and the work efficiency of managers,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and help to reduce the infection rate of patients,and it has positive significance for improving the overall quality of hospital.
