麝香通心滴丸治疗女性绝经后冠心病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shexiangtongxin Dropping Pills in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease in Postmenopausal Women

目的探讨麝香通心滴丸治疗女性绝经后冠心病的临床效果。方法将147例气虚血瘀型绝经后女性冠心病患者随机分为对照组54例和治疗组93例。对照组采用常规西药疗法,治疗组口服麝香通心滴丸联合常规西药治疗。2个月后比较两组患者西雅图心绞痛量表评分、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效和血清hs-CPR、MMP-9水平。结果治疗后,治疗组西雅图心绞痛量表中PL、AS、AF、TS均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DF与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组心绞痛疗效和心电图疗效的总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组hs-CPR、MMP-9水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论女性绝经后冠心病患者服用麝香通心滴丸能够改善心肌缺血,减少心绞痛发作次数,提高生活质量,稳定斑块。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shexiangtongxin Dropping Pills in the treatment of postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 147 female patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional WesternMedicine,on which basis the treatment group was treated with Shexiangtongxin Dropping Pills.The scores of Seattle Angina Scale,the curative effect of angina pectoris,the curative effect of electrocardiogram and the levels of serum hs-CPR and MMP-9 were compared between the two groups after 2 months of treatment.Results After treatment,PL,AS,AF and TS in Seattle Angina Scale in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in DF between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The concentration of hs-CPR and MMP-9 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C(P>0.05).Conclusion Shexiangtongxin Dropping Pills can improve myocardial ischemia,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,improve the quality of life,and stabilize plaque in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease.
